Pros

Teleperformance has a reputation as 'people company' and it shows. If you are disciplined and eager, there are plenty of opportunities in a variety of fields. Most of the leadership started as agents and this speaks volume about the company.

Cons

Call centers are generally high stress due to performance expectations and Teleperformance is no exception (good news is that there are ample opportunities to learn and training is solid).

Pros

Sometimes the hours were good, some of the people were good there also. Has plenty of room for advancement.

Cons

Unless you like fights, broken promises, people doing drugs, or being lied to don't go to work for this company. Also don't let any company use them as a legit call center. They are terrible to their employees.
