Pros

It pays a decent wage to work for teleperformance it is very easy to get in to this job

Cons

The largest issues is that you are a number in a machine and you are an expandable figure Very few will be able to promote as favoritism is extremely prevalent and strong where i worked was very understaffed and the workload was far more than normal due to this however employees that went above and beyond rarely get anything more than a extremely minimal bonus and a small pat on the back

Pros

5 week training course with knowledgeable trainers.

Cons

You have to hit the "call flow" for every call even though its geared towards retaining customers from cancelling their services. They always change their grading scale and you can lose your job at any minute. Plus you get yelled at and cussed out all day long.
