Pros

Great pay and good benefits. 20 word minimum? Sorry, Glassdoor, but that's all I've got. Some of us don't have a lot of good to say about bad employers.

Cons

Management doesn't treat employees like they matter Client doesn't understand/care what agents' jobs are actually like (Client) Computer systems constantly crashing; slow terminals Broken chairs Dirty, dusty call floor that is never cleaned. Restrooms are not cleaned according to schedule, resulting in having to waste time going clear across the building to use the other one. Restroom breaks use up your break time

Pros

It's a job, Great building. Spacious break room, Great Co workers. The pay was decent could be better. OK hours. Started out alright.

Cons

I worked there for almost 2 years as an agent. Upper Management was not consistent or in sync with what they say or do at all. Policies are always being revised every minute of the day. You get written up for almost anything and everything even if you had no knowledge of it. Customers were extremely rude, you couldn't put fort extra effort to help them because it was out of scope. Breaks and lunches are way to short. Offered benefits and time off but it was never actually given to you even if you request it months in advance. Desks were disgusting. Very stressful and no leway to perform your duties what so ever.

Pros

If you are looking for an entry level job, this is a great place to apply for. They offer paid training for their campaigns. They will hire almost anyone, except if you have a background.

Cons

The work environment is like high school. Very unprofessional. Customer's personal information are constantly being breached by agents.
