Everyone gets to share their ideas, which is great. Teleperformance really knows the BPO world and it shows how they work with clients.

Shift timing is not much good

Pros

There bonuses if you work hard to meet your quota

Cons

Theyre big on sales and you won’t receive a bonus without a sale. Youre constantly taking in calls. Its very mentally exhausting
