Pros

Good training, consistent hours, good pay

Cons

TERRIBLE human resources. Deposited my check into someone elses account even though they were given proper information. North Lauderdale location was hardly ever open to take requests and requests took forever to fill. Improper discharge information that they have NEVER corrected and that error has caused me to be unable to utilize them as a reference. Left for medical reasons- they tell employers I was fired for non-attendance.

Pros

Most of the people are very friendly and it is easy to move up in the company if you put your mind to it. Supervisors give good feedback and positive coaching techniques.

Cons

Things are a little disorganized but not too terrible to deal with. The benefits like insurance and 401k aren't great but are definitely better than most entry level or call center jobs.

Pros

It's a job, Great building. Spacious break room, Great Co workers. The pay was decent could be better. OK hours. Started out alright.

Cons

I worked there for almost 2 years as an agent. Upper Management was not consistent or in sync with what they say or do at all. Policies are always being revised every minute of the day. You get written up for almost anything and everything even if you had no knowledge of it. Customers were extremely rude, you couldn't put fort extra effort to help them because it was out of scope. Breaks and lunches are way to short. Offered benefits and time off but it was never actually given to you even if you request it months in advance. Desks were disgusting. Very stressful and no leway to perform your duties what so ever.
