Great work environment. People are nice.

Cons

from my home place, jeeps and buses are out at around 10pm to 11pm. My call time from work is 2am, so I had to take a taxi just to get to work. So basically it's eating up my salary.

Pros

Easy job, easy money. It is good pay for doing an easy. Super easy to learn the basics and chatting is very easy.

Cons

Management system is horrid. They can't tell the difference between talking with their brain and talking out their butt. They are very rude and tell you their here to help but never actually put in the effort to help you.
