Good environment, good infrastructure , get to meet new people

Not getting week off as per choice , no appreciation , lack of resources, no travelling help

Great for newbies and no experience

Cons

had issue with getting clearance because they cant see the record that I returned my working tools from wfh set up had to go back and forth with different departments
