Lots of tech problems for the computers and missing parts.

Pros

Got to be able to work from home, so no commute anywhere. I had a really understanding boss, the Flex shift offer made things easier with work and life balance.

Cons

The company only really focuses on metrics, No longer offering the Flex option, and don't make a mistake. In most cases it is could be considered as a final and you'll lose your job
