Pros

The environment is very welcoming, which is important for a successful career. There is plenty of free ice-cream. Also, the trainer was very patient and answers all questions. I think I will have a good career here. Incidentally, I was laid off from another role and Teleperformance was very good at putting me in another project very quickly.
