Pros

Offered a lot of overtime, schedules are flexible, good for college students

Cons

stressful, little breaks, no breaks in between calls, a lot of favoritism, anyone can be a supervisor

Pros

I worked for both Teleperformance USA and their sister company Americall. Teleperformance in Downers Grove was a great place to work for and Americall was ok not as good as Teleperformance. Americall was the last company I worked for and is rating.

Cons

Getting your supervisor to give you the better calls on the list in the computer instead of the the calls that are on the bottom of the list.
