Pros

Good for freshers. Lots of opportunities for overtime. My base pay was 9700 but with overtime I used to earn around 20000 per month.

Cons

As I was working in a US process, the only cons were the working hours. You may get used to it but later when you want to change your job, it's challenging to change your schedule again as you are used to sleeping in the day time.
