9/10 people get hired you will learn how to treat customers

Cons

Unprofessional, management is too busy flirting with supervisors and other agents to focus; no job security; write ups are based on who you know vs how well you do your job;; hr is 1 person and that lease for little room for an honest unbiased decision; they will change your schedule and force youth put open availability on your application or you will not get the job

No experience required, great for building interpersonal skills, telephone manners and to get some sales and customer service experience and a good resume filler

Cons

Place can seem a bit indecisive at times may be there is some lack of communication between managers and supervisors which creates confusion about policies and procedures

Pros

I truly enjoined my time at teleperformance. Most supervisors were great and would help you out when needed. The company takes good care of its employees. The office space was very nice and I was respected by my coworkers.

Cons

I think one of the biggest problem was training. Training was not sufficient and trainers didn't really know what they were talking about. Many people were completely lost once they started taking live calls and would quit soon after. If you give it time, once you get the hang of it its a pretty good job.
