I feel incredibly valued in my current role. This is hands down the best professional experience I’ve had to date. From their proactive approach to employee wellbeing to the clarity of their company policies and targets, Teleperformance really has everything covered. It’s a privilege to be part of an organization that genuinely invests in its people.A great work/life balance also here in Dublin and very nice and approachable people in all forms of management. Training is great as well.

The empoyees where very accommodating. This job improves my communication skills and travel knowledge.

Cons

It doest have due to strict performance matrics but it might have cause stress due to demanding customers in my opinion.
