Will work with your available times. Ongoing training with patience. Regular raises. The Jump training program to help develop your career. Equipment may be offered from the company instead of using your own computer. Working from home is usually available. That means no commuting, saving on gas, less money spent on clothing, no climbing stairs and less attendance problems. You have a really great chance at not being late.

Cons

You get a lot less exercise. You have to worry about your internet connection going into an outage. You have to have a dedicated workspace in your home. Clean desk policy means nothing on your desk.
