Option to work from home. Usual staff benefits - Simply Health, cycle to work scheme.

Cons

Incompetent managers, little or no time to train, split rest days.

Pros

Only pro work from home

Cons

No structure will change things with out notice. The team leaders are useless they know nothing and will give you wrong advice and then you get marked down on quality checks. They will make you change team or TLs so often. Pay is bad for the pressure and workload and if you speak up just know your time is marked. High staff turn over
