none .. unless you include a very poor wage packet

Cons

everything, not only do you battle with the customers, but there is no back up or support from management

Amazing career pathing. With many opportunities to grow within the company, anywhere from Operations, Work force management, and even Training. Flexibility of Schedule with performance. Bonuses, Bonuses, Bonuses Amazing People to work with

Pros

There's music and energy. The site managers actually care about people. There's opportunity to move up. The managers will actually listen if you talk to them. There's bonuses on some of the projects.

Cons

I'm glad they're building a whole new deck outside for everyone, because the old one wasn't good. My project doesn't have bonuses (but the Star Wars contests have been pretty cool).
