Pros

The pro's would be that you get an hour lunch break, you meet some great employees that work there and occasionally they reward their representatives with tokens of appreciation like Nacho Day to thank them.

Cons

The con's would be that you are surveyed by the customers and even if you have done everything to help the customer and have resolved the problem they may fail you or pass you and fail the company which according to Terrell that means they feel in love with the agent and not the company. You will be written up and coached even if the customer is upset about the prices which you cannot change.

Pros

depending on the campaign you get, you may get a higher/lower call volume. Co-workers and most supervisors are laid-back.

Cons

Management is only concerned about meeting client's expectations. No real growth. Realistically, you can only go up to supervisor position, or HR/admin role.

Pros

An easy way to get some hard experience at the lower levels. Commission can be decent.

Cons

Shoddy office environment, average management who are very tough on lower level staff and somehow people are exploited. 7 minutes a day to use the bathroom, which is tracked and leads to disciplinary action if too much time is taken. Agents could be doing upto 100 calls a day with difficult customers. No soundproofing between desks, old and non-functional computer equipment.
