Cons

Change projects often which often results in pay decreases. I received a $7 pay decrease without notice. Barely any PTO.

Equipment and Training is very good. Pay isn’t so bad either.

Cons

Communication is the worst and this is why I got terminated. The lack to communicate is bad business.
