Do your job and you will be paid decently. They were pretty sensitive about the Covid situation and allowed work from home.

Cons

Only certain campaigns offer the higher pay. You have to dedicate the time in their training class and on your own to learn the material and pass the state exam. Try your best and then try harder.

The contract is laughable, i had to wait 4 and a half weeks to get my User ID and password just to get into my computer. I was guaranteed 6 weeks of paid training, but was only trained a week and a half. They threaten to fire you if you have any doctors appointments. The assistant managers are constantly putting pressure on you, and threating your job. You can stuff it!
