Pros

The benefits and opportunities to earn in Teleperformance are great it's the main reason I wanted to be here. I get to have a good work-life balance. I enjoy the lifestyle this job gives me.

Cons

One of the cons is that if you are in urgency of a job, there will be some openings that won't have the days off that you would personally like.
