Pros

You get benefits after 90 days including 401K. They are just servicing one company in the 2100 south building so it's nice to have people around that can answer questions about other departments. The starting wage is $14 so that is always nice.

Cons

They make you go to training either really early or really late and all you do is sit and read modules on the computer for the most part.

Pros

My schedule was on of the only things I liked about this place. The training was okay (left some to be desired) but, I met some great people while I was there.

Cons

What is good about working here? If you like being micromanaged to death then this is the place for you. I worked on the USAA project and training was good but once out on the call floor it was all downhill from there. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I was not allowed to have my reading glasses or glasses case on my desk, they had to be ON ME at all times. I had to ask permission to go to the restroom and if it was done outside of break time you had to deduct it from your paid 15 minute break. Getting time off...forget it, if it isn't more than 2 weeks out, you aren't getting the time off. My son had an 8th grade graduation ceremony and I wasn't going to skip it for anything. I gave them 17 days advance notice and I couldn't get the time off. I also wasn't allowed to make the time up prior to getting that time off, it had to be made up the same day by working 12:30 to 9:00 pm (my regular shift was 7 am to 4 pm). The pay is only $12 an hour (low in my opinion) so if you enjoy being a prisoner at work you will love this place, otherwise stay far away.
