Pros

My experience so far has shown me that Teleperformance really cares about how they welcome the new hires. Training has been extremely informative, motivational, and enjoyable. I'm excited to further my career with my department and Teleperformance.

Cons

I would have to say that the only negative so far is that my equipment took a while to get to me. For me personally it thankfully did not affect me greatly as I was able to get it in time for training, but I know of other employees who had to wait longer past training.

Friendly environment, Go out of their way to make sure you're set. Pay and hours are nothing to complain for.

Cons

Only con about working for Teleperformance is the no accommodations while you are beginning.
