Pros

The pay and benefits are good.

Cons

Management!, literally all personal I’ve encountered are pretty terrible. No one ever knows what’s going on. They still haven’t updated my pay and I’ve been working on the floor for 2 +months. They promise all these incentives but don’t follow through. The equipment is extremely ghetto. Managers refuse to take sup calls, help is scarce and it’s just rough. Wouldn’t recommend.

Pay, full time position, wfh, pto, paid training

Cons

Unfair work environment, management only looks out for themselves, not being able to move up, ridiculous policies
