Pros

80 hours PTO after a year. Good option of schedules including 4x10 options Work/life Balance

Cons

Medical insurance is expensive and deductible is high. Plan with lower deductible has crazy high premium. Dealing with some management and clients that have lost touch with reality. No bonus option even though your position and how well you do it affects the bonuses of everyone eligible (supervisors, ACCMs, trainers, etc)

Opportunities; the chances to move around and move up within the company is very high. Can help buff up your resume.

Cons

The company is very cheap and the pay is horrible. Management is very unorganized and unappreciative of their employees. The environment is also unprofessional.

great opportunity to build experience, very accommodating with scheduling.

Cons

The training for most accounts is minimal so you spend a lot of time teaching yourself, Constant changing policies that cheat you out of your benefits. Payroll that will knowingly process your times incorrectly. The overall company is a horrible place to work because they do not CARE about their employees.
