Pros

Despite being primarily centered around call centers, Teleperformance offers a wide variety of career paths to choose from. Depending on each client, the bonus/incentive structure is fairly generous and the company really does care about the culture within the workplace.

Cons

The turnover rate is incredibly high, as many people quickly discover the job does not suit them. In peak season or whenever there is a shortage of staffing, management may be too busy to effectively communicate with the lower levels.

Pros

Great Promotional opportunities. Easy to work with on scheduling. Various different types of positions available for multiple talents and personalities.

Cons

Inconsistent follow-up and/or resolution to complaints and problems. Hard to reach someone when you are trying to call or email in a timely manner. Inconsistent up training and development process between departments. Favoritism and preferential treatment from Management to certain employees
