Pros

Some of the people were nice. Training was easy. Job is simple. Opportunity to change positions (I was moved from CS to Retention my first week out of training. Could have been a mentor after 6 month but chose not to.) Pay isn't to bad.

Cons

Lots of drugs, alchohol and theft on the property. Drama all the time. Fighting. People having sex at work. Management doesn't care about employees. Forced to work over time everyday and holidays. Even on days off managers tried to force you to come in. Cheated out of your "bonus" money even after surpassing the goals.

Pros

You would never have to worry about oversleeping, they will call you every 5 minutes trying to convince you to come in if you call in sick.

Cons

Everything. Place steals money, managers come in after drinking at the bars during lunch, location had bedbugs all the time.
