They dont care about their employees they give you a final for everything, they dont treat you as a person but as a slave machine, they dont care if someone day they just want you working.

Pros

Its a job. Fairly consistent work and usually plenty of overtime available.

Cons

Scheduling is unreliable at best. Bonus' are controlled by the customer company and designed for a high failure rate with steep diminishing returns, unless you play the system. If you play the system without allies you will be found out and fired. Attendance policy is designed to appear flexible while turning you into a wage slave if you miss time.
