Pros

... completing my shift, logging off, and walking out of the building. I guess the free food ever now and then.

Cons

... everything else pertaining to having to work there. There was drama day in and out, low pay, unprofessional management and coworkers, mandatory over because management kept hiring unprofessional, drama-loving, little kids (and you would be penalized for not doing the overtime if you didn’t plan on/want to), perverts trying to hit on you everyday, even after you tell them you’re not interested, everyone sleeping with everyone and everyone finding out about it, management encouraging/showing people how to cheat the system in order to get a bonus or more of a bonus. I can go on, but those were the main issues in a nutshell.

Pros

Didn’t pay employees better, but passed out free candy and snacks. But don’t think about bringing those inside the call center floor unless you have a plastic bag. Random giveaways if you worked lots of hours for little pay.

Cons

Bad management, mandatory overtime, supervisors took favorites, not even the sups wanted to take Sup Calls, AT&T is a terrible company, have to use your break time for bathroom breaks, security wands you every single time you step into the call center floor so you’re treated like a criminal, no holiday pay, you have to work weekends, unprofessionalism in the workplace, the building smelled like weed all the time, disgusting bathrooms, immature employees, I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. The turnover rate is so extremely high that 1st shift had maybe 20 employees and second shift had 6 full time employees. They will take away your bonus and even go as far as lie to you about getting it. You are paid on the 7th and 22nd of each month. So those months where you would get 2 pay checks? Say goodbye to that! This review is for TP I’m Grand Rapids, MI. One of the worst places I’ve worked by far. Liars, and con-artists. Garbage $11.00 pay. That was with a year of working there!

Pros

They had a good commission structure and okay benefits. Easy to just come in and do your job then leave. Easy to advance and make okay money. Overall not a bad place to start off!

Cons

Very Ghetto and immature at times the police were there 5 times in the 7 months I worked there. Also managers didn't always know what they were doing. It's sad when a phone Rep can do a managers job better then them!
