Unprofessional,disorganized,incompetent and they will treat you like a slave. HR will do nothing to fix the mess,they are busy WRITING FAKE GOOD REVIEWS on glassdoor and other sites...pathetic!!!

- The terrible "welcome and support" team will leave you waiting at the airport for hours. - They will lose your personal documents several times - they will make mistakes with your salary every single month...some people don't get paid and they have to chase them for days in order to get paid - The training is terrible so once you start working you rely on your colleagues because even supervisors or managers know absolutely nothing - the job could be actually good, obviously run by a serious company and not these bunch of incompetents that would not get another similar job elsewhere - The whole company is unbelievably disorganised, they will make a mess even with simple things like booking your vacations or activating your access card - projects in this company generally don't last that long and/or are totally disorganised, one day you arrive in work only to find out that you are no longer needed and got transferred to another project with different working hours, conditions and probably based in one of their offices in the middle of nowhere. - the people that have knowledge , experience and skills don't last either, turnover is the highest I've seen in my life, some people disappear over night - some people get hired and simply refuse the job offer a couple of days later, probably after finding out how bad TP really is. - forget about career, bonuses , benefits and being treated like a human being once you join. good luck.
