Pros

Great pay on the Liberty Mutual project($17/hr for licensed reps and $14 for claims specialist) and the supervisors are awesome at working with scheduling issues after you receive your schedule.

Cons

No maternity leave. benefits are terrible and expensive. No PTO or sick leave for the first year. Would only recommend for pay rate.

Teleperformance is a good platform for young people that want to break out of their "normal" life for a while, career is something different though.

Poor management, personal improvement and acknowledgement not possible.
