You get to do it from home.

Cons

They will change your schedule without your permission. The supervisors and smeads are rude and are only there for a paycheck they take forever to assist you with a call. Asking for help is pointless because their way of helping would be sending a linked document to figure it out yourself while you have an angry customer on the line waiting. In chats when requesting help they take their time assisting you only to send a link to a document that doesn't help at all.
