Pros

- Family (spending so much time away from your actual family can be quite daunting, it always feel like I am home when with these guys) - Team Spirit (had some struggles with this, but our manager and us are coming to the party and making it work) - Fun and A lot of laughing (my team is the best, we love laughing together) - Support (whether it be work-related or personal) - Colorful (I mean, who doesn't love the bright purple and pink colors of TP?)

Cons

I guess SHIFTS would be one of the biggest cons. Our campaign operates between 10am-10pm SAT.

Pros

TP is a good place to work especially for freshers. There is an option of growth and many other things. Come and see for yourself 😊.
