You can apply for IJP after 9 months

Cons

-Less salary. they give you less salary even as per your last drawn -Lack of management. Things are not managed here. employee suffer a lot. They think about client only not about employee -Low position - they dont hire you on basis of your lst position -keep your salary on hold for no reason no proper management no resolution of your problems If you working from home, they ask you login on weekends and one hour prior to shifts. you wont get personal time. - First company who ask employees to rate them on glassdoors and rating should be more then 4
