TP CSA - Customer Service Associate reviews

No cafeteria, don't expect humanity if you want to join this company,one of my colleagues father passed away but still they're asking her to login which is really pathetic,no proper weekoff, you'll get off once in 2 weeks and if there's any govt or National holiday that day would be considered as week off and adjusted, admin team doesn't even know English, you'll lose all your communication skills if you join here, treat employees like dogs,after resignation I served 45 days notice period I had 5 paid leaves in the end settlement I got was just 30 days salary 15 days extra and 5 paid leaves they ate that...if asked they'd say mail the higher authority but so called higher authority doesn't reply.please I request you all please don't join this fraud organization
