Supportive manager, good training and less stress. Salary is always on time. Located at the heart of the city.

Cons

Like all the BPO have rotational shifts and less holidays.

Pros

Awesome Atmosphere. Actually loved working there. Transparency is the best virtue of the institution. Moreover, you can quickly climb up the ladder if you have got the skills to turn the table right!

Cons

- Less Payscale - Night Shifts (you get one). It is hard to maintain your social life. - Politics present in the organization can kill the talent in you.
