I love the work area because it's really cold and clean.

Cons

Most of the computers and headsets are out of order and there's always a glitch in the system and there's not enough staff or SME's Subject Matter Experts to help or assist you when a complicated problem arises.

Stability, good environment, multinational, if you manage to get the bonus it improves a lot the salary, facilities modern and good

Cons

Bad policies, high volume of calls, not match of understanding, industrial bad area for the new facilities, unreachable KPI's for the bonus

I worked with Teleperformance Philippines for a year and during my employment I had experienced a lot of professional support and skills enhancements.

Cons

no cons so far. I do recommend my company to my friends and family.
