Having thought about this carefully I actually can't think of anything positive about working here.

Cons

Sleazy management No interest in staff unless they are young and fit Emphasis on exact timekeeping- being pulled up for logging in 2 minutes late -seriously!!!!!!! Awful shifts Terrible prospects - unless you are 'good on the phones' - what else could you possibly want from a manager! No interest from managers to make things better Unprofessional management who express themselves by swearing or look at their watches when you ask anything.

Indian managers have made this company a garbage

Pros

There is no pros. Those people who are Indians or they are friends of managers, they are allowed to do whatever they want. They use internet or go out and leave their ids long in no problem. Because the manager will assign a person to do Aux 3 until the person is back.

Cons

The management is being done by some indians so they are so bad and they have made this company indian. They are very unprofessional and they behave like you are their slaves. An Indian who does not know anything will be promoted while other talented people will be fired if they say anything. Shame on them
