Pros

The coworkers. The people are extremely down to earth and easy to get along with. Unprofessional actually, but it creates a not uptight environment which is easier for me to work in. Bonus pay is based on performance and a high bonus is not difficult to attain.

Cons

Not the right place if you're offended easily and can't take a joke. If you don't have thick skin to deal worth content irate customers, also not for you. Benefits (medical) sucks and is pricey.
