Lots of overtime, clean place

Cons

Treat you like slaves not employees. Some of the supervisors are racist.

Pros

You do a lot of over time and make lots of money.

Cons

The atmosphere is negative and high school like. Too many people worried about everyone else business and not focused on working and providing excellent customer services to the consumers.

Pros

The only thing good to say about this place is that its great place to meet new people. There were less than a handful of great supervisors that helped, all others never did nothing much except for their weekly quotas. Most just sat around pretending to listen to calls and waited for the good sups to show up.

Cons

Management was horrible and had no sense of direction. Really had to pay attention to paystubs to make sure they were payin you correct amount. Would promise ot hours, you work your butt off, paycheck time comes and your missing a whole lot of hours and they promise to make up for it on the next pay period.
