Pros

Absolutely nothing. They only care for KPI'S and Csat score.

Cons

Horrible culture. They obtain a clean desk policy and you are not allowed to have with you bo personal object. You can only have your coffee or a bottle of a water. If you are on this time of mont you have got to go from 1st or second floor to ground floor to the lockers just to get a napkin or sanitary pads from your purse. Just stay away
