Overhiring, messy environment and no proper training to mock calls always threatening trainees

Pros

Always encourages you but the workload is not appropriate especially with how their management works. They think that their trainees or newly hired employeed are excellent but in a way, have no considerations.

Cons

Very minimal pay when you equate it with their OTTY overttime thank you! I hate how their management works, so lax. I had been a floating employee for 3 months

Pros

Friendly environment. You are paid for training. You are able to meet new people. There are very supportive and helpful employees available to help you on the call floor.

Cons

You are just a number to the company. The training is too short and feels rushed. Information (e.g training time, pay) given with employment offer is incorrect. You are not actually shown how to use the phones or navigate the computer systems needed for calls. I personally feel messed about by management / recruitment after being placed on a campaign completely different from the one that I applied for. This is the reason why I had to quit.
