It is a good salary for fresh graduate

Cons

Since it's a BPO, your contract is only for 5 years, even though you can get the possibility to become a permanent employee. If you are late, your salary will be cut, the clean desk policy it's also a nightmare. But the company doesn't have a good career path

Competitive benefits — includes health insurance and possible night/shift allowances depending on the campaign.

Cons

Strict KPIs — metrics like AHT, CSAT, and adherence can be stressful. Unstable schedules — shifts can change depending on campaign needs. High workload at peak times — especially during seasonal spikes or sensitive accounts. Detailed quality checks — small mistakes can affect your QA score
