Pros

You can work from home for about a month until they fire you and multiple others in the same training class for no reason.

Cons

They share customers private card information and show calls where customers give their card info in front of classes full of 20+ people, and fire people for no reason, the trainers have the class doing the same stuff over and over again that doesn’t help but is just to keep us busy so they don’t have to do nothing.

Pros

Paychecks were on time. I actually learned some very basic IT fundamentals which through my own sweat equity has blossomed into a rewarding career in information technology.

Cons

Subpar training, nepotism (favoritism), security is there to protect the company not employees, OSHA violations (cancelled lunches, not allowed to go to the bathroom because there are calls in queue). Not enough parking for the amount of employees. Almost no advancement potential. Micromanaged. The list goes on and on. Business outlook is positive because there will always be people that need a job. I wouldn't recommend Teleperformance at the Fort Lauderdale or Boca Raton locations to anyone. If you're not an executive then you'll just get sh!t on by management.
