Pros

Working from home, training is okay work related procedures and processes have to be acknowledged before work or during not enough time to do it between call

Cons

Micro managing and treating you like a number. Strict on breaks and logins very low pay for the work with abusive and horrible people calling about their passport applications. Very stressful especially when management question you in certain procedures

Te da la posibilidad de poder seguir estudiando. Es un trabajo de medio tiempo. También está la posibilidad de seguir creciendo dentro de la misma empresa.

Cons

Es imposible poder conseguir algo a beneficio de cada uno. Siempre hay que estar disponible para la empresa, pero es muy difícil conseguir un cambio de horario
