Pros

It's a fairly easy job. Any one who can unscrew a cable can work here.

Cons

Read that last sentence. Then think about this; you're taking calls from people who either A) try to say they don't know how to B) say they aren't very tech savvy or C) say they simply don't think they should have to. All the while, you're getting nagged at by your supervisor or any one of the 13 in the building at the time.
