Pros

Worked as Account receivable associate but with the designation of senior customer executive as they do not have KPO Licence... Company is great offers good salary for freshers and entry level jobs.. All the manager l, TL and even Hr are easily reachable and efficient at there job. It was very friendly environment.

Cons

The process I worked on had very good incentive but with very little mishaps even if you have 100% productivity with 100% quality you can loose your all incentives..
