they'll cut your fnf and everything they took around 45 days to calculate my fnf i had served complete notice period but they sent me only 10% of my fnf

Pros

Teleperformance being MNC has decent infrastructure and 24x7 canteen facality as maximum processes are international involving 24x7 shifts.

Cons

Poor pay. Graveyard shifts taking a toll on your health paired with no Indian holidays at all and although we are entitled to specific number of leaves in a year they are rejected with silly excuses majortiy of the time. Toxic work environment pushing you to work maximum on a poor pay scale on top of which mistakes in salaries gets you underpaid many times and you have to run behind the organization for begging what they owe you
