Pros

Your colleagues are like a family. When you spent all your time in a company changes shifts at the end you rely more in your colleagues that in someone else.

Cons

Management ? HR ? Appraisals ? Just go to work and go back home. You can do that for years and nothing will change. Do not expect any development. They will tell you indirectly that they are happy with you but that's it.

Pros

it is a friendly environment with the opportunity to work locally and to gain same experience in the area to you more interesting since the sector, as an out/in-source company , can vary

Cons

no many opportunities to grow in your career or to earn enough since the outsource account limits the number of positions available and the budget is imposed by the contract's agreements

Pros

- Friendly and very good atmostphere to work. - Good place to develop technical skills, coaching skills, soft skills etc.

Cons

- Unfortunately, the main problem is pay review. The only way to get a pay rise is by applying for a new higher post available within team. Requesting a pay rise on the back of performance, achievements, workload, responsibilities and all other positive aspects that you have brought to the job is something that is NOT feasible and possible in the whole team. - You are NOT going to have any benefits and packages like most other companies may offer you.
