The Worst Job I Ever Had

Pros

None. They seem to mistake tactlessness for "tough managerial skills". They do promote really dumb people, so if you're not very bright, this place is for you.

Cons

Supervisors and managers are uneducated and lack social skills; they seem to think that being tough implies that that you have to be mean.

Pros

Room for Advancement, Friendly Co-Workers

Cons

It's sad the Ann Arbor and Utah location had to close. It's been a great journey with many new experiences, friends, and memories.

Pros

Nice environment, nice people and good learning resources (Microsoft Curricula).

Cons

At least in Teleperformance Costa Rica we have a 10 hour shift instead of an 9 hour shift.
