Pros

The starting pay is $12.75. If you pass your training you get a $2 raise. You’ll be paid $14.75 per hour.

Cons

No leadership support. Very low employee moral because there’s no leadership support and peers are all grumpy.

Pros

multiple options for advancement and if you do not think the company that you are representing within telperformance is not a good fit you can always do an internal bid on another job for another company. Double minimum wage for where I live so that’s amazing pay for me. Versatile with ours extremely good for college students. I know a lot of people complain that management or supervisors are bad but honestly I have yet to have a bad experience . I think it’s more less if the job is not for you then it may not be for you. I think anybody could have a bad experience at any job this job is great for someone like myself who has anxiety but loves people. I get to help people on a daily basis without having to necessarily be around a large crowded group of people. One recommendation would be to get to know your supervisor reach out to them build a strong relationship with them as well as management and if you do have issues at that point I would maybe look at reaching out to another supervisor reaching out to a team lead or possibly HR but I’ve never had to reach out to HR everything usually gets handled pretty well and I’ve worked for different companies underneath Teleperformance. They also offer bonuses and pay time off after 90 days as well as health insurance after 90 days. They do also have 401(k) and this has a lot of remote opportunity

Cons

Really I don’t have too many I do wish that health insurance was a little cheaper and a little better . I have found from just researching that a lot of providers do not except the insurance that is offered at least in my area . I really do wish that I could earn a certificate that could be used for a future career without the training that I do have that would be amazing but really everything else is pretty good I do think possibly a raise based on your QA Results would be nice as well

multiple managers, you get thrown into new positions without proper training.
